Energy publisher Hart Energy Publishing, US, has announced the acquisition of the Unconventional Natural Gas Report newsletter from Denver-based Energy Research Services. The monthly e-newsletter seeks to provide the oil and gas exploration and production (E&P) community with the latest information, data and resources on the unconventional natural gas industry.
The report is projected to serve as the foundation for Hart's new Unconventional Gas Center online initiative coming this fall. It summarises significant developments in active shale plays, coal-bed natural gas, tight gas and gas-hydrate activity along with government/environmental issues, companies active in the plays and news. Ann Priestman, the owner and editor of the report, will continue to provide content.
Hart Energy's other publications include Oil and Gas Investor, E&P, PipeLine and Gas Technology and FUEL. It also produces newsletters including Oil and Gas Investor's A&D Watch and Oil and Gas Investor This Week, custom publishing products, conferences, electronic media, and multi- and single-client consulting services.
