Global chemicals information provider ICIS, part of the Reed Business Information group, has called for entries for its eighth annual ICIS Innovation Awards. The ICIS Innovation Awards are designed to recognise outstanding technological and business innovation in the chemical industry.
Netherlands-based health, nutrition and materials global major DSM will be the sponsor of a new category for 2011 - Best Innovation for Sustainability. Dow Corning is the overall lead sponsor for the Awards, as it has been from their inception in 2004. CRA will sponsor the Best Product Innovation category, and US Chemicals will sponsor the Innovation with Best Environmental Benefit category.
The awards enable companies to celebrate their success in the vital activity of innovation and the increasingly important areas of sustainability and environmental performance.
Interested parties may submit their entries on or before July 4, 2011. The winners will be announced on October 17, 2011.
