Pricing and market intelligence service provider ICIS Pricing, US, and Chemease, a subsidiary of CBI China, have joined forces to launch another series of weekly English language pricing reports covering the Chinese market. The move is in response to increasing demand for domestic price assessments and news on the Chinese market.

Under the deal, ICIS and Chemease will launch a new series of reports covering the Chinese acrylate ester, acrylonitrile, acetone, butadiene rubber, butanediol, bis-phenol A, caprolactam, caustic soda, epoxy resins, expandable polystyrene, epichlorohydrin, oxo-alcohols, phenol, polyether polyols, polyvinyl chloride and sulphur markets. This follows the successful launch of the ABS, acetic acid, acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), benzene, methanol, mono ethylene glycol, polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, styrene, styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), terephthalic acid (PTA), toluene and xylenes (China) reports.

The second series of ICIS Chemease weekly reports will continue to provide comprehensive coverage of China's domestic markets with price assessments in yuan as well as in-depth commentary and analysis of the latest trends and outlook. The new series is seen as a valuable addition to ICIS's existing portfolio. The company has been reporting chemical markets in Europe, Asia, Latin America, Middle East and the US for several years.
