IGI Global Scientific Publishing has entered a new Open Access Agreement with Mississippi State University to expand faculty publishing opportunities across a broad range of scholarly publications. Through the agreement, Mississippi State University faculty receive discounted Article Processing Charges when publishing in IGI Global Scientific Publishing’s Open Access Journal Program, which includes nearly 200 journals in Business and Management,Science, Technology and Medicine (STM), and Education and Social Sciences. Publishing under CC BY licensing provides increased visibility, discoverability, and citation impact across journal portfolios indexed in Scopus and Web of Science.
The agreement reflects a shared focus on reducing barriers to open access and broadening the reach of scholarly research. IGI Global Scientific Publishing has collaborated with more than 200,000 experts globally and has expanded a scholarly collection that includes more than 10,000 e-books and approximately 1,250 new titles annually. The Open Access Journal Program is approaching 200 fully open access journals, positioning the publisher among the largest open access journal providers worldwide.
