Serials Solutions, a US-based provider of tools and services for libraries and a business unit of ProQuest LLC, has announced that the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad (IIMA), a leading business school in India, has selected and successfully implemented Serials Solutions 360 Search. The hosted 360 Search service will be used by the IIMA to more easily connect students and other patrons to its library content.
The IIMA selected 360 Search after impressive results during a year long beta testing period. During the trials, librarians discovered that with 360 Search, a user can type a single query and quickly derive results from all of the IIMA library resources. Librarians also appreciated the customisation options that provided them with the ability to tailor the service to accommodate all levels of users.
