Incisive Media, the UK-based organiser of the Online Information and IMS 2009 conference, has announced that the first Online Information Asia-Pacific Event is set to take place in 2011. This major new event, scheduled for March 23 – 24, 2011, will attract information professionals from information end-users, publishers and IT Professionals from all around the Asia-Pacific region. Incisive Media Events, organisers of ‘Online Information', London's annual meeting place for the global information industry, are launching the event to provide companies with a platform to reach and sell to key buyers of online content, e-publishing and information management solutions.
Exhibiting companies will encompass every aspect of the Information Profession including suppliers of company, business and financial information, market research and competitive intelligence, scientific, technical and medical information, e-publishing and e-book solutions, library management solutions, enterprise search solutions, content management systems and Web 2.0 technologies. The objective will be to reach international buyers of information content and information management solutions at this new, annual pan Asian event for the information industry.
Alongside the exhibition, show floor theatres will offer a comprehensive programme of free seminars, master classes and case-study presentations available to the information industry in the region. In addition, the event will host an international conference with senior delegates attending from across the Asia-Pacific region.
