Information management company Infotrieve, Inc., US, has announced the addition of two senior executives - Jennifer Hart Fray and Eileen Green - to the management team.
Jennifer Hart Fray recently joined Infotrieve as the Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary. As General Counsel, Fray will manage all legal services including commercial transactions, intellectual property, litigation, employment and benefits matters, and the corporate secretarial function. Prior to joining Infotrieve, she was General Counsel for Tetley USA Inc. and Associate General Counsel at Reeves Inc.
Eileen Green has joined Infotrieve as Corporate Controller. She has more than 15 years of corporate accounting experience. Prior to joining Infotrieve, Ms. Green was a Regional Sub Business Unit Controller and the Controller for a Business Unit Research and Technology Center for Akzo Nobel.
