Terry Hulbert has been announced as the new Senior Product Manager, Content Platform for IOP Publishing (IOP). He will take up his role on December 14, 2015 and will be based in IOP’s Bristol office.
In his new role, Terry will be responsible for driving the development roadmap for IOPscience, IOP's content platform. He will be focused on ensuring that the platform and the services it provides meets the needs of IOP's readers and partners.
Terry brings over 20 years' experience in scientific, technical and medical (STM) publishing. He previously worked for IOP from 1994-2007 and was part of the team which launched IOPscience in 2007. Since then he has worked for the American Institute of Physics (AIP) in New York as Director of Business Development. In this role he coordinated the launch of a new version of their Scitation Platform. Terry has also worked for Semantico and as an industry consultant for the digital publishing community.
