IOP Publishing has announced the launch of Nano Express, a new open access addition to its materials science portfolio, which will compliment Nanotechnology and Nano Futures as a trio of connected titles dedicated to nanoscience.
Nano Express will cover all areas of nanoscale science and technology and articles will be free to read. It will be characterised by a broad multidisciplinary scope, fast-track peer-review and production processes, and an inclusive editorial policy focused on scientific rigour and validity rather than perceived impact.
The journal will be led by founding Editor-in-Chief, Prof. Antonio Di Bartolomeo from the University of Salerno, Italy. He will be supported by a diverse Editorial Board of leading researchers representing the journal’s full scientific coverage.
Nano Express is now open for submissions and as part of its commitment to open science, IOP Publishing is initially waiving all open access article publication charges (APCs).
