STM publisher IOS Press has announced the launch of its new journal content platform- the IOS Press Content Library.
IOS Press has partnered with Semantico, an innovative digital content delivery provider, to develop the new Content Library using the Scolaris platform.
The IOS Press Content Library offers a clean new look, easy navigation and more options for personalisation.
If your institution has had access to the previous IOS Press full text platform (Metapress) via IP, your IP address will be recognised and you can access IOS Press journals via your institution's network. Your access will continue without you having to do anything.
COUNTER usage statistics will be restarted with the migration to the IOS Press Content Library. Historical statistics are not being imported so it is advised to obtain COUNTER statistics from Metapress before September 30, 2015 to capture this data.
The new journal platform will offer more personalized alerting options. You can save your searches, receive email alerts, save articles, export batched citations and more.
Redirects are in place on an article level for all journal articles with a DOI. For older content, the URLs will redirect to the homepage.
