JMIR Publications has appointed Dr. Sara Simblett as Editor-in-Chief of JMIR Neurotechnology.
Dr. Simblett is a clinical academic whose work focuses on digital health innovation, patient engagement, and the integration of technology into neuropsychology and broader mental health services. Her research combines clinical psychology, implementation science, and data-driven methods, including ecological momentary assessment and the use of mobile technology, to evaluate and scale digital interventions designed to improve access, quality, and outcomes of care.
According to JMIR Publications, the appointment marks a new addition to the journal’s editorial leadership and noted that it is looking forward to working with Dr. Simblett.
