Dr. Riedemann brings a wealth of expertise to the role. He is a consulting neurologist and digital clinician scientist with extensive training in clinical neurology and biomedical engineering from the University Hospital Heidelberg, Harvard Medical School, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. An autodidactic artificial intelligence (AI) engineer, Dr. Riedemann is also recognized as a medical community builder and innovation architect who operates at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and immersive technologies.
JMIR XR and Spatial Computing (JMXR) is a new journal by JMIR Publications, the leading publisher in the digital health space. The journal focuses on extended reality (XR) and spatial computing applications in human health and well-being.
