Publisher John Wiley & Sons, Inc., US, has announced its first free mental health webinar focusing on the military on March 8, 2010, 2 pm EST.
The webinar, titled Mental Health and the Military: Understanding and Treating Post-Deployment Problems and Reintegration Stress, is part of the newly launched Wiley Mental Health Webinar series. The event will be hosted by expert panelists Dr. Lorie T. DeCarvahlho, who co-authored the book Clinician’s Guide to Treating Stress After War; and Dr. Bret Moore, author of The Veterans and Active Duty Military Personnel Psychotherapy Treatment Planner.
Dr. DeCarvahlo and Dr. Moore will go over the symptoms, discuss interventions, and provide a forum for clinicians to ask questions specific to treating those who have returned from war in the one hour webinar.
