An international, peer-reviewed, open access, online journal that publishes laboratory and clinical findings in the fields of pain research and the prevention and management of pain, the Journal of Pain Research (JPR) will now become the official publication for The American Society of Pain and Neuroscience (ASPN).
The society is dedicated to advancement in the fields of Pain and Neuroscience. ASPN is taking initiatives to improve patient outcomes, education, research, and innovation.
One of the guiding principles of ASPN is to improve the field with quality science and evidence. Partnering with JPR and publishing science in an open access platform for widespread dissemination is vital to ASPN’s mission statement.
A Dove Press publication, the JPR will continue to publish high-quality, peer-reviewed original research, reviews, symposium reports, hypothesis formation and commentaries are all considered for publication.
