Kennesaw State University's Wellstar College of Health and Human Services has taken a significant step towards advancing open access publishing by forming an institutional partnership agreement with Frontiers.
Under this newly established agreement, eligible researchers from Wellstar College of Health and Human Services will have the opportunity to publish their work in any Frontiers journal at no cost to them and with a streamlined process. Moreover, articles published through this partnership will enjoy a 7.5% discount.
The Wellstar College of Health and Human Services has been actively promoting the dissemination of research and knowledge by supporting its researchers in making their work more widely accessible. With this partnership, the college aims to encourage even more of its researchers to opt for open access publishing, thereby contributing to the growing pool of openly available research. This not only benefits the researchers by reducing their publication costs but also serves the broader research community and the public at large.
Researchers affiliated with the Wellstar College of Health and Human Services can submit their articles to Frontiers by selecting "Kennesaw State University – Wellstar College of Health and Human Services" in the payment information section ("Frontiers institutional members"). Once submitted, Frontiers will verify their eligibility with the library. If confirmed, the Article Processing Charge (APC) will be covered by the Wellstar College of Health and Human Services.
