Information solutions provider LexisNexis, US, has named Doug Kaplan as Chief Executive Officer of LexisNexis Asia Pacific. He will report directly to Andrew Prozes, Chief Executive Officer of LexisNexis Group, and will be based in Singapore.
In his new role, Kaplan will be responsible for developing strategies to expand the adoption of on-line information-based solutions, including e-filing and practice management solutions that further the company's strong growth in the region. A 20-year veteran in media and technology in Asia Pacific, Kaplan was previously President, Asia for RealNetworks.
