Healthcare publisher Lippincott Williams & Wilkins (LWW), part of Wolters Kluwer Health, US, has signed an agreement with the Dermatology Nurses' Association. Under the deal, LWW will publish the latter's new journal - Journal of the Dermatology Nurses' Association (JDNA). Dr. Cynthia R. King will serve as the journal's new editor in chief.
The journal, the first issue of which will be published in February 2009, is the official publication of the Dermatology Nurses' Association (DNA). It will feature the latest peer-reviewed dermatology news, research, and clinical content.
The publishing agreement with Lippincott Williams & Wilkins provides the DNA with full control over editorial content. DNA members will receive the journal free as a benefit of membership.
The full content of the publication will also be accessible online. Continuing Education opportunities will be provided in each issue and may be taken online.
