London Info International 2016 – free exhibition showfloor programme, new video and Disruptor zone finalists announced -

London Info International 2016 has announced a packed showfloor schedule. More than 30 sessions will take place on two presentation stages over the two days of the event. Performance metrics, discoverability, collaboration, text mining, copyright and compliance are just a few of the topics that will feature.

A special showfloor keynote 'Navigating the Floodgates of Science – Human Intervention in the Era of Artificial Intelligence' by Peter Derycz, President and CEO of Reprints Desk Inc, will be held on Stage 2 at 1pm on December 6.

The breadth of session mix and variety of speakers means there is something for everyone involved in scholarly, research and professional information. The complete schedule is available on the LII 2016 website.

As an integral part of the LII 2016 Exhibition this complete programme is free to attend to anyone registering prior to the event. In a separate announcement, London Info International 2016 has announced 7 finalists for the Disruptor Zone. These presentations will take place in two sessions on December 6. CrossRef, Glasstree and Unsilo will take to stage 2 at 11am and Atypon, Colwiz, MedArkive and NexGen HC will present at 2pm on stage 1. The audience will assist in determining the strongest participant from each session and they will be invited to present to the conference delegates at the afternoon opening session on December 7. The disruptor will be filmed and the overall winner will be crowned LII 2016 disruptor of the year.
