Ex Libris®, a ProQuest company, has announced that Mondragon University has selected the Ex Libris campusM® Enterprise platform for creating the university's digital portal. The multilingual solution will foster communication between users.
One of the first applications to be deployed on campusM will enhance students' learning experience by communicating real-time information such as course timetables; improve student life, by sharing day-to-day information such as cafeteria menus; and extend library services. Later developments will assist the university in providing services to students, staff, alumni, and possibly even wider audiences to increase their engagement.
The university chose campusM because of the extensive experience of Ex Libris in addressing the needs of educational environments and integrating its products with university systems and services. In addition, campusM will support direct access to all university systems with a consistent user interface and single sign-on.
