IOP Publishing is calling for nominations for its ‘Outstanding Early Career Investigator in Nanoscience Award’ which recognises and rewards the exceptional achievements of early career researchers in nanoscience.
The award, which is being held to coincide with ChinaNano 2021, will celebrate scientific excellence and exceptional promise for future contributions in nanoscience relating specifically to energy or 2D materials and other low-dimensional systems. To qualify, candidates will be within 10 years of completing their PhD and based in China.
Decided by a panel selection process, the winner will be announced at the IOP Future of Nanotechnology Symposium at ChinaNano 2021 on August 29 and will receive a prize of $1,000, a certificate and the chance to present their research at the symposium to an audience of leading experts in the materials scientific community. The presentation will also be broadcast online to a global audience.
