Library resources provider EBSCO Information Services (EBSCO) has announced that Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU) in Lebanon has replaced its previous discovery tool with EBSCO Discovery Service™ (EDS) due to its easy integration, more search options and better overall support.
NDU was looking to make its library resources more visible to users and they found that EDS offered more solutions to optimise their catalogue and provide a better search experience.
EDS allows users many options for assisting users during the search and at every level – from undergraduate research, to an advanced graduate-level research experience. When comparing EDS to their previous discovery tool, EDS offered more intuitive facets and limiters.
EBSCO Discovery Service creates a unified, customized index of an institution's information resources, and an easy, yet powerful means of accessing all of that content from a single search box.
