OCLC, the non-profit technology organisation and global library cooperative based in Dublin, has received a Diversity in Business Award representing large organisations in Central Ohio.
The awards program, administered by Columbus Business First, recognises inclusive organisations and individuals in Central Ohio. The program highlights excellence in encouraging diversity in age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, race and religion at local workplaces.
OCLC provides shared technology services, original research and community programs to libraries worldwide. OCLC and member libraries cooperatively produce and maintain WorldCat, the most comprehensive global network of data about library collections and services.
Honorees were selected by a group of outside judges recruited by Business First, based on applications submitted by nominated people and organizations.
