Mixiv.com, a US-based online e-books sales platform, has gone on stream. The portal allows digital e-book publishers to sell unlimited products online in minutes, deliver them securely, pay no additional transaction fees, get them listed in web-wide marketplaces and also participate in an affiliate programme. The service has been launched with attractive introductory prices.
The new system helps publishers to ease the sales process and provides a marketplace with access to many prospective buyers. One of the key features of Mixiv is the thank-you page. When a product is created in Mixiv, a thank you page can also be created that secures download link by only allowing a certain number of clicks on the link and/or expiring the page after a given time period, say 48 hours. This prevents multiple usage/sharing of the product.
Mixiv.com claims to be equally effective for the seasoned Internet marketer as well as for someone just getting started. Some of its projected benefits include: no HTML is required; manageable subscriber lists and seamless integration with Aweber e-mail service; built-in payment mechanism using PayPal; and no transaction fee overrides.
