Oxford University Press and Pearson to speak at LBF’s Educational Publishing conference, What Works? -

The London Book Fair has announced the line-up for the eighth annual ‘What Works? Education Conference’, which will examine key topics including EdTech, the challenges of developing digital learning materials and how best to use them in classrooms. The conference is scheduled for March 11, 2020, from 0930hrs to 1300hrs at Apex Room, Olympia, West London.

What Works? is designed for educational publishers and technology providers seeking insights into the international developments that impact their industries and markets. This half-day programme has been organised by The London Book Fair, in association with the Publishers Association (PA) and curated by Linden Harris, Insight & Perspective Ltd.

The programme will be chaired by Lindsay Nadin, Director Primary Learning Services & Direct to Learner, UK Schools, at Pearson. The keynote speech will be given by John Martin, CEO at Sanoma Learning. Other speakers include: Claudia Bickford Smith and Penelope Woolf, Oxford University Press; Sam Derby, Oriel Square Publishing & Strategy; Andrea Carr, Business Founder, Board Director & Investor; and Donna Burton-Wilcox, Pamojo/Haremi.
