Academic publisher Oxford University Press (OUP) has announced the launch of Aesthetic Surgery Journal Open Forum (ASJOF), an open access, peer-reviewed, international journal focusing on the latest developments and practical, clinical advances in aesthetic surgery and cosmetic treatments. Published on behalf of The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), ASJOF will launch in early 2019.
ASJOF will enable authors to make their work accessible to members of the field across the globe - especially important in areas where access to the print journal, Aesthetic Surgery Journal (ASJ) may be limited. Both publications will serve as a global forum to showcase peer-reviewed, evidence-based clinical and research articles pertinent to their specialty.
ASJOF will be of particular interest to international contributors who wish to publish within the ASAPS brand of journals and increase the exposure of their work and the rapidity with which it is disseminated.
