Oxford University Press to publish OA journal - in silico Plants -

Academic publisher Oxford University Press (OUP) has announced the launch of in silico Plants, an open access, peer-reviewed, international journal dealing with all aspects of computational plant science. Published on behalf of The Annals of Botany Company, a not-for-profit educational charity established to promote plant science worldwide, in silico Plants launched in March 2019. It joins Annals of Botany and AoB Plants, also published by OUP on behalf of the The Annals of Botany Company.

in silico Plants will be edited by Professor Stephen Long. Rachel Shekar will serve as the Managing Editor of the journal.

in silico Plants aims to provide a single home for work from currently disparate research areas, publishing interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary and cross-disciplinary research at the interface between mathematics, computer science and plant biology.
