Academic publisher Oxford University Press (OUP) has been selected by the Fellowship of Postgraduate Medicine (FPM) to publish its Postgraduate Medical Journal. Coming into effect from January 1, 2023, the Postgraduate Medical Journal will join OUP’s portfolio, which consists of over 500 journals, two-thirds of which are in partnership with learned and professional societies.
Published since 1925, the Postgraduate Medical Journal is a high-quality and well-established peer-reviewed journal that incorporates cutting-edge research on a wide range of topics supporting medical practitioners globally. The Journal publishes papers on medical education, explores current practice and new developments in all branches of medicine, as well as the relevance and impact of translational research on clinical practice.
The Journal also supports healthcare professionals in achieving Continuing Professional Development (CPD) by providing the opportunity to publish many types of articles, including original clinical research, reviews, quality improvement reports, editorials, and correspondence on clinical matters.
