PeerJ and Agorà collaborate to launch the Aesthetic & Regenerative Medicine Hub -

Open-access publisher PeerJ has announced a partnership with Agorà – Società Italiana Di Medicina ad Indirizzo Estetico (Italian Society of Aesthetic Medicine) – to establish an Aesthetic & Regenerative Medicine Hub. This dynamic platform aims to provide researchers and practitioners in the rapidly growing field of aesthetic and regenerative medicine with a dedicated channel for disseminating their research findings and fostering greater visibility and engagement within their community.

Through this partnership, clinicians and researchers in aesthetic and regenerative medicine will have the opportunity to access a specialized publishing channel tailored to their field. The Hub will offer high-quality, open-access publication options, providing greater accessibility to research findings and facilitating collaboration within the community. Moreover, Agorà's extensive membership base of over 1300 members will benefit from discounted publishing fees and access to financial support from the Society.

The Aesthetic & Regenerative Medicine Hub is scheduled to launch in the second quarter of 2024, with presubmission inquiries immediately accepted. These inquiries will be reviewed by an experienced Hub Editorial Team comprising researchers and clinicians who are members of Agorà. Approved presubmissions will be submitted to PeerJ Life & Environment. The Hub will be officially introduced to the community at the 2024 Aesthetic Medicine International Congress in Milan.

Managed collaboratively by members of Agorà and PeerJ, the Aesthetic & Regenerative Medicine Hub is poised to become a vital destination and research outlet for the aesthetic and regenerative medicine community.

Prospective members of the Hub community can sign up for more information about the launch and stay updated on the latest developments.
