Non-profit electronic archiving service provider Portico, US, has signed an agreement with medical publisher Mary Ann Liebert, Inc., US. With the inclusion of Mary Ann Liebert, Inc. publications, over 6,200 titles have now been entrusted to the Portico archive.
Through this agreement with Portico, Mary Ann Liebert, Inc. ensures that its entire online journal collection of 62 titles is preserved and available for future scholars, researchers, and students. The publisher has also agreed to make an annual financial contribution to Portico and has designated the Archive as an official delivery platform for post-cancellation access claims.
Founded in 1980, Mary Ann Liebert, Inc. is universally acknowledged for publishing authoritative peer-reviewed journals, books, and trade magazines in the most promising areas of biotechnology, biomedical research/life sciences, clinical medicine and surgery, environmental studies, philanthropy, and law.
