Sloan Foundation's Digital Information Technology program; Judy Luther, President of Informed Strategies; Ivan Oransky, Vice President and Global Editorial Director of MedPage Today and Co-Founder of Retraction Watch; Howard Ratner, Executive Director, CHORUS / CHOR Inc.

PRE was formed to assist members of the scholarly publishing community who are committed to preserving an ethical, rigorous peer review process.
