ProQuest introduces Summon-SIPX Reading List Module to make education better and more affordable -

ProQuest has introduced the Summon-SIPX Reading List Module in a move to make education better and more affordable. This new, innovative and cost-saving system integrates the Summon® discovery service and SIPX® course materials solution to encourage use of library holdings to help students and schools save money.

The sophisticated reading list module bolsters the relevance, visibility, and value of the library across campus by making it easy for instructors to discover and assign any readings they want to use in traditional and online classes, including showcasing library holdings and open content.

Activating the SIPX integration into Summon is simple and requires no local development effort – it turns on with a single click in the Summon administrative module.

Interested parties may take part in the upcoming webinars for more details or information about the Summon-SIPX Reading List Module. The webinars are scheduled for December 16 at 11 am PT/2 pm ET; December 17 at 7 am PT/10 am PT; January 13 at 10 am PT/1 pm ET; and January 19 at 7 am PT/10 am ET. – register hereIf you can’t make one of these webinars, you can also request a demo.
