PsycARTICLES now includes full-text of over 100 scholarly and professional journals -

The American Psychological Association has announced that with the addition of nine journals for 2014, the full-text content of PsycARTICLES® now includes more than 100 scholarly and professional titles.

PsycARTICLES claims to be the only resource for full-text articles from APA-published journals, and also includes those from the Canadian Psychological Association and a selection of English-language titles from the Hogrefe Publishing Group. The database was originally released in 1998, and included coverage of 35 titles. Since then, the PsycARTICLES coverage list has consistently and steadily grown to its current 102 titles.

PsycARTICLES offers users the complete electronic collection of APA-published scholarly and professional and affiliated journals, and provides full text from volume 1, issue 1, to the present for most titles. With articles from as early as 1894, nearly 200,000 records spanning more than a century of research are offered to users of this extensive catalogue of peer-reviewed journals from the leading publisher in psychology.

PsycARTICLES is available for institutional license directly from APA on the APA PsycNET® platform, and also from several vendors, including EBSCO, Hogrefe Publishing Group, Ovid and ProQuest. The database also is available to APA members and other individuals through the APA PsycNET Gold, Gold Plus and Platinum database packages, and pay-per-view through PsycARTICLES Direct.
