Digital preservation specialist Portico has announced that Pure Earth will preserve e-journals with Portico, ensuring that they will be secure and available into the future.
Pure Earth is an international non-profit organisation dedicated to solving pollution problems in low- and middle-income countries, where human health is at risk. The Journal of Health and Pollution (JH&P) is a semi-annual online journal of peer reviewed research and news published by Pure Earth.
According to Rich Fuller, founder, Pure Earth, Portico is making it possible for Pure Earth to confidently deliver long-term, reliable access to JH&P content for future researchers, environmental engineers, and physicians practicing in countries with a heavy burden of pollution.
