RCN Publishing (RCNP), part of the Royal College of Nursing group, is enhancing mobile viewing capabilities on their e-journals platform. The site is being optimised to enable mobile viewing across all devices and platforms, to provide more convenient access to RCN Publishing content.
As technology continues to transform the clinical environment, nursing and medical practitioners and students increasingly refer to content via a broad range of devices, on- the-move. The new mobile viewing feature enables on the go access to leading nursing journals including Cancer Nursing Practice, Emergency Nurse, Learning Disability Practice, Mental Health Practice Nursing, Nursing Management, Nurse Researcher and Nursing Standard and others, delivering the latest research and information whenever it is most needed.
Articles are grouped together by year and issue, providing instant access for subscribers to all articles published in RCN Publishing journals, including the latest journal issue. Users will also be able to quickly access the current and previous issues of a journal through the "Quick Links" function and content can be filtered in many different ways for more convenient browsing. Other features that enhance the user experience include the ability to save articles, add articles to Favourites lists as well as download PDFs of articles that are available in that format.
