RedLink will sponsor the Professional Headshot Studio as part of their Platinum Sponsorship at the 2017 Society for Scholarly Publishing (SSP) Annual Meeting to be held at the Westin Boston Waterfront in Boston, MA, May 31-June 2.
The SSP Annual Meeting has grown steadily in recent years and attendance is expected to attract up to 900 attendees in 2017. The Professional Headshot Studio will give attendees the opportunity to update their professional profile picture. For a nominal donation, they will get an electronic version of their professional photo to take with them. Proceeds from the activity will benefit the SSP Fellowship Program which supports students and early-career professionals who are eager to develop their skills and learning experiences within the scholarly publishing community.
The program provides multiple training and career development opportunities throughout the year, including attendance at the Annual Meeting and pairing with a mentor.
