Reed Technology and Information Services Inc., a part of the LexisNexis family and a provider of content management services, and PatentCore, a publisher of online patent office analytics, have announced the launch of Reed Tech Patent Advisor information services. The new offering comprises a family of online data intelligence tools for patent professionals.
The Patent Advisor service seeks to provide patent professionals with strategic insight based upon information gleaned from an analysis of more than 5 million patent applications. The new collection of online services expands upon the previously released Reed Tech Patent Application Reports with a variety of additional new offerings.
The listing of Patent Advisor services includes Patent Advisor open search service, Patent Advisor report service, Patent Advisor corporate dashboard service and Patent Advisor law firm dashboard service.
ReedTech Patent Advisor is said to deliver the ability to confidently make analytics-driven strategic decisions based on predictable patterns demonstrated by more than the 7,500 US patent examiners during patent prosecution. The services also include tools for evaluating the relative efficiency with which companies and law firms obtain patents.
