Reprints Desk's research productivity tool Bibliogo wins ‘Best Online Science or Technology Service’ CODiE Award -

The Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) has announced the free research productivity tool Bibliogo from Reprints Desk, Inc. as the winner of the 2012 SIIA CODiE Award for ‘Best Online Science or Technology Service.’ The announcement was recently made during a special awards reception and dinner in New York City.

Bibliogo helps users do more with journal articles. Aggregated current awareness alerts and suggestions, multi-tasking tools for accessing and organising references and full-text papers, secure collaboration, PubMed connectivity, and much more are elegantly integrated in Bibliogo to create a new paradigm for scholarly research applications. Reprints Desk created the service for professionals and workgroups in research, engineering, bioinformatics, information management, regulatory and medical affairs, medical sales, and healthcare marketing and communications.

The award was one of fourteen presented to products and services deployed specifically for the digital content market, in conjunction with the SIIA’s 11th annual Information Industry Summit, held Jan 24-25 in New York City. Nominated products and services were first reviewed by third-party judges, whose evaluations determined the finalists. SIIA members then reviewed these finalists and voted to select the 14 winners.
