The latest quarterly update of the ResNet Mammalian database is now available for subscribers to download. The ResNet 6 update includes new data from PubMed for the Q2 and Q3, 2009.
ResNet Mammalian includes curated signaling and cellular process regulation pathways, ontologies and annotations. Also, it contains a database of over 1.5 Million molecular interactions and functional relationships extracted from the entire PubMed (17,000,000 abstracts) and 61 full text journals.
ResNet Mammalian can be used for data mining and pathway building. It contains information on over 1.5 million functional relationships for human, rat, and mouse, linked to all of their original literature sources.
