The latest quarterly update of the ResNet Mammalian database is now available for subscribers to download. The update includes new data from PubMed for the Q2 of 2008: 58,267 total relationships, where over 17,379 are new and unique.
ResNet Mammalian includes pathways and molecular interactions representing the entire PubMed (14,000,000 abstracts) and 47 full text journals. It contains information and knowledge on over 1.25 million relations for human, rat and mouse, linked to their original literature sources.
The latest update does not contain information from previous ResNet updates. Subscribers will need to install these separately. More than 50, 000 objects have been modified in the latest update.
