Robin B. DiPietro named new editor of the Journal of Foodservice Business Research -

Routledge has announced the appointment of Robin B. DiPietro as the editor of the Journal of Foodservice Business Research, beginning in 2016.

Dr. Robin B. DiPietro is a Professor in the School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management, in the College of Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management at the University of South Carolina. She teaches courses on guest services, foodservice management, strategic management, training and development, franchising, and advanced foodservice operations. Her research lies primarily in the foodservice operations and human resource issues in foodservice, including things such as turnover and satisfaction of employees, trends in foodservice operations, and multi-unit management of foodservice operations.

The Journal of Foodservice Business Research features articles from international experts in various disciplines, including management, marketing, finance, law, food technology, nutrition, psychology, information systems, anthropology, human resources, and more.
