The Taylor & Francis Group has announced that the Association of American Geographers (AAG) has awarded the 2012 AAG Publication Award to its Routledge imprint. The AAG conferred this award to recognise and honour Routledge for its long-term commitment to geography and for its sustained support of the AAG’s innovative efforts to enhance the quality and international reach of its journals and other publications.
Routledge works closely with the AAG, publishing their journals, including their flagship journal, The Annals of the Association of American Geographers and its sister title, The Professional Geographer and more recently two book titles - GeoHumanities and Enivisioning Landscapes, Making Worlds.
Dr David Green, Publishing Director at Taylor & Francis Journals, was in New York to collect the award at the AAG Awards Luncheon.
