Academic publisher SAGE has announced the launch of the European Stroke Journal (ESJ), the flagship journal of the European Stroke Organisation (ESO). The first issue is to be published in March 2016.
A professional non-profit organisation, the ESO has over 1,400 individual members, and affiliations to numerous related national and international societies. ESJ covers clinical stroke research from all fields, including clinical trials, primary and secondary prevention, diagnosis, management, translation of experimental findings into clinical practice, rehabilitation, organisation of stroke care and societal impact.
Bo Norrving will serve as the Editor in Chief of the journal.
