SAGE Publishing set to publish Pediatric and Developmental Pathology from 2017 -

Academic publisher SAGE Publishing has announced that as of January 2017, it will begin publishing Pediatric and Developmental Pathology (PDP), the official journal of the Society for Pediatric Pathology (SPP) and the Paediatric Pathology Society (PPS). Addressing diseases that affect the human embryo, fetus, and child, PDP has been a resource for pediatricians, pathologists, and other developmental biologists, physicians and researchers since its founding in 1998.

PDP publishes research on gestational and perinatal diseases, as well as congenital and acquired childhood diseases such as asthma, cancer, diabetes, and more. The bi-monthly journal also publishes articles on birth defects and developmental abnormalities of the embryo and placenta. In addition, PDP accepts studies from experimental, anatomic, clinical and molecular pathology.

The journal's editorial board includes representatives from all areas of pediatric pathology, and submissions are reviewed by distinguished referees from around the world.
