Academic publisher SAGE has announced the launch of a new journal, Cardiac Cath Lab Director (CCLD). Slated for launch in February 2011, the journal is the official journal of the Alliance of Cardiovascular Professionals (ACP). Dr. Cynthia Chernecky will serve as the editor of the journal.
CCLD will provide administrators and managers of cardiovascular catheter laboratories with the most recent research and evidence-based information regarding cardiac catheterisation procedures. Original, peer-reviewed articles cover topics such as review of literature, theoretical foundations, clinical and experimental studies, technological advancements, techniques of insertion and removal, clinical problems and care and maintenance of vascular devices in all patient populations.
CCLD will be published bimonthly beginning in February 2011.
