Academic publisher SAGE will begin publishing Teaching Public Administration (TPA) on behalf of the Joint University Council Public Administration Committee from 2012. The new title will be published alongside its sister journal of Public Policy and Administration (PPA) which is also published by SAGE.
The journal, which publishes two times per year in March and September, is peer-reviewed and focuses on teaching and learning in public sector management and organisations.
Teaching Public Administration is committed to publishing papers which promote critical thinking about the practice and process of teaching and learning as well as those which examine more theoretical and conceptual models of teaching and learning. It seeks to offer an international forum for the debate of a wide range of issues relating to how skills and knowledge are transmitted and acquired within public sector/not for profit organisations.
