Content enhancement and knowledge services provider Scope eKnowledge Center, India, has announced the launch of prodigi, its product lab for conceptualising and developing technology products enabling digital delivery. The lab was inaugurated by one of Scope's prestigious customers and Raman Roy, Chairman, Quatrro Global Services Ltd., Scope's parent company.
The lab is the outcome of the success of Scope's key strategic initiative of 2011 - Productization. Potential customers have shown considerable interest in Scope's technology-enabled service delivery products such as the ConSCIse content abstraction solution and the DataMan enterprise data management solution. Towards further consolidating its productization efforts, fostering innovation and achieving scale, Scope has established this product lab that will allow groups responsible for technology, product and operations to come together. The lab will enable these teams ideate, develop and deliver superior technology-based service delivery platforms aligned with customer demand, thereby building scale and maturity in existing products, and supporting future productization efforts.
