STM’s 2025 Innovator Fair, scheduled for December 9 at London’s BMA House, invites organizations developing transformative technologies in scholarly publishing to apply. As the opening feature of the STM Innovation & Integrity Days, the fair aims to spotlight technologies that enhance research integrity and modernize scholarly workflows.
Participants will engage directly with stakeholders across the scholarly publishing ecosystem - from publishers and societies to university presses. The event promises lightning talks, interactive booths, and curated networking opportunities. The Innovator Fair also includes the Vesalius Innovation Award, recognizing standout contributions from early-stage companies and startups.
Selected applicants will be chosen based on innovation, relevance, and scalability. Applications close on September 30, and successful candidates will be notified by October 11. This year’s theme - Building Tomorrow’s Research Integrity Framework - encourages solutions that bridge gaps in trust, transparency, and accountability in research publishing.
