The Software and Information Industry Association (SIIA) has announced the finalists for the CODiE Awards in the categories relating to digital content aggregation, distribution, management and publishing. The products that qualified will now be reviewed by members of SIIA, who will vote on winners in six categories. The winners will be announced at a special CODiE Awards Dinner on January 25, 2011, which will be held in conjunction with the 2011 Information Industry Summit in New York City.

Twenty-nine products from 16 companies were selected as finalists from among over 100 nominations submitted by 40 companies. LexisNexis has the most products reaching the final stage, with 6 products across 4 categories. The finalists may now be reviewed on the CODiE Awards Website.

The SIIA is the principal trade association for the software and digital content industry. The SIIA Content Division provides a forum for companies that publish and distribute online content, or offer technologies and services that facilitate the licensing, presentation, and distribution of digital information products. The division works with its members to develop effective approaches to emerging issues and to produce deliverables of special interest to the membership.
