Springer journal announces changes in editorial structure and new co-editors -

STM publisher Springer has announced that its journal Climatic Change has announced the appointment of two co-editors to continue the journal after the demise of Prof. Stephen H. Schneider. Prof. Schneider was the founder and editor of Climatic Change.

The new co-editors - Prof. Michael Oppenheimer of Princeton University in New Jersey (USA) and Prof. Gary Yohe of Wesleyan University in Connecticut (USA) - will introduce a new editorial structure for the journal. They will also initiate changes in manuscript submission to speed up the publication process.

Climatic Change is dedicated to the problem of climatic variability and change - its descriptions, causes, implications and interactions with the human and natural environment. The purpose of the journal is to provide a means of exchange among those working in different disciplines on problems related to climatic variations and change. It publishes original papers, review articles, editorials, editorial comments on papers and book reviews.
