The Canadian Journal of Science, Mathematics and Technology Education (CJSMTE), one of the leading academic journals covering the field of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education has now become part of Springer's prestigious education portfolio. CJSMTE is administered by the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto and was previously published by Taylor and Francis. Now in its eighteenth year of publication the journal explores STEM research in both English and French from a Canadian and international perspective. Starting in May 2018 the journal will be published by Springer Nature.
In four issues per year, CJSMTE publishes original articles including research investigations using experimental, qualitative, ethnographic, historical, philosophical, or case study approaches. Researchers can also submit critical reviews of the literature, policy perspectives and position papers to the journal.
The editorial board is led by Professor John Wallace of the University of Toronto as Editor-in-Chief. These experts ensure that this subscription journal with open access options provides a broad spectrum of scholarly contributions across wide-ranging disciplines to researchers in the STEM education community.
